Timber Products.
Timber is a natural product and as such is susceptible to
changes in temperature and humidity. Splitting and warping
may occur which is perfectly natural and will not affect
the strength or longevity or any guarantee given on the
product.
Timber sheds are treated with a non-toxic treatment during manufacture.
Re-treatment should be undertaken on a regular basis to
validate the guarantee against rot and maintain the condition
of the wood.
Metal Sheds.
Care should be taken when handling metal products. Industrial
gloves should be worn when lifting metal sheets. An electric
screwdriver will speed up the assembly process.
Fixing kits.
Fixing kits are particularly vulnerable during transit and
storage. If you have purchased a product and the fixing
kit is missing please call our help line or e-mail us to
receive a replacement by post. It is not necessary to return
to the stockist where the product was purchased from.

Mould.
Some products, particularly pressure treated items like
arbours, gazebos, border roll and arches may attract a dark
coloured mould during storage, this is not long lasting
and will dissipate with exposure to air or water. The green
tinge sometimes present is a harmless residue from the salts
used during pressure treatment and is not harmful to pets
or plants and will disappear after a short time.
Treatment.
All light (natural) coloured timber products can be stained
or painted before, during or after assembly. Arbours and
gazebos are quickly and easily treated with Cuprinol or
similar quality, garden wood treatment or colours.
Measurements & Specifications.
All Measurements are in millimetres and are approximate.

improvements.
